Rook is one of Hell's angels.  He is trying to earn his way up to a better spot in the Devil's army.  He has done a lot of evil things to get where he is.  At the moment there is a Angel from outside the realm that is obviously trying to be the next to die.  That will help his promotion hopes. 
Isadora is normally a very powerful witch,  but she has been captured by other witches who are trying to force her to reveal a very special spell.  That spell is far to dangerous to allow anyone to know it.
The past has been well hidden from our hero.  He has many vicious and magical battles to fight .
Will our heroine ever regain enough of her magic to escape??
An action packed story that links with others from the series but is easily read on it's own.  The fight scenes are so vivid that it's easy to picture them.  Really exciting reading.
