Christian, the Duke of Randford gave up on his brother years ago. This latest mess is going to be nearly impossible to put right. He has concerns of his own to deal with and no interest in getting involved with anything to do with his brother.
Our hero came back from the war and is using his status to help those old soldiers who came back to nothing.
This is a very amusing, and unusual historical romance with fabulous characters. The surprises keep coming and the problems keep piling up. It will be just as interesting to read the other books in the series. I will definitely be reading them.
