Praise for Ruby …
Book 2 in Taylor Lee’s NEW Sexy Suspense Collection: Ladies of the Night.
“USA Today bestselling author Taylor Lee soars with Ruby, the second book in Lee’s provocative new series, Ladies of the Night. The Ladies are covert agents in a secretive, off the grid security organization. Highly trained fighters, they’re as gorgeous as they are dangerous to the evil men they’re hired to bring to justice. The only thing these formidable women are NOT is “ladies.”
Chloe Harper, Code Name: Ruby is a diminutive, red-headed vixen. But don’t let her size fool you. The fierce firebrand is as accomplished with a knife and Glock 19 as she is bringing men to their feet with her womanly wiles. Noah Walker, the stunning black former Army Ranger, is no slouch when it comes to attracting women, but even he is no match for Ruby. Both agents are more than equipped to take on what appears to be a rogue operation in the command structure of the national agency that hired them. The twist and turns of this surprising mission will have your head spinning. The only thing more riveting is the passion that flares between the two indomitable agents.
Ruby is an retired US Army Staff Sgt , who is now working for Ladies Of The Night. That is an all female private security firm. She is an exceptional agent who uses her looks as her most useful weapon. Her next job, she will have to work with the incredibly sexy Noah. On their last job together she broke down and he had to comfort her and put her to bed. Ruby has since become engaged to a normal, ordinary man, nothing like the men who she works with all the time. She wants a normal life ,something she has never had.
Noah has had his future wife picked out for him by his Senator father for years. It's the only part of the life his father had planned for him that he has not rebelled against. He has succeeded with every challenge he set himself, from his Ivy League schools and Army career. Now as what his father calls him a spy.
This next job puts Ruby and Noah working together again, Both in more danger than ever. They must put a stop to a home grown terrorist group. How will their personal fireworks affect the mission?
A very exciting story full of sexual tension, and strong characters. Our heroine is a little firecracker, a lot stronger than most men believe possible. Our hero is very full of himself and sometimes you want to smack him.

This is the 2nd book in the series . You can read it at a stand alone but I think you will love the series ,so it would be better to read them in order. I look forward to meeting Topaz.
In the less than four years that she has been writing, Taylor has written more than thirty books. Her six, soon to be seven, series track her Special Operatives, Covert Agents, Cops, Firefighters and other iconic heroes and heroines, through the harrowing situations that make up their lives. From human trafficking rings to corrupt politicians, Taylor investigates the underbelly of society and the criminals who flourish there.
Taylor says: “From the residue in my personal blender of mixed races, cultures and world views, my characters emerge. It comforts me to know that while evil slinks in the shadows, the “good guys” of the world sniff it out – and snuff it out.
My characters are arrogant alpha males and the feisty women who bring them to their knees – and vice versa… They fight hard, love hard and don’t mince words. They are dangerous men and women in dangerous times. Love, passion and ridding the world of evil? What’s not to like?”
