Graham Kinsley has unexpectedly inherited a Dukedom.  Unfortunately he has also inherited a mountain of debts to go with it.  It has two estates one is entailed and can't be sold the other was built by his direct ancestor and he desperately wants to keep it.  The only possible way is to quickly find an heiress. 
Arabella Stoke knows that this year she needs to find a wealthy husband before anyone finds out her father has lost nearly everything. 
This is a wonderful story of two people who know exactly what is needed and intend to do it,  but hate every step.  It's very easy to get caught up in their lives from the first page to the last.  It doesn't quite end the way you think it will.  We also meet several other characters that I know we will see more of.  I really look forward to reading more of this series.
