For good.Imojenna doctor Kira Sasaki knows there’s something different about the handsome commando the captain’s thrown in their brig. She doesn’t think he’s Reidar, although he might have been a victim of their cruel experiments. But when Kira learns the stubborn commando’s racial make-up, she finds herself torn between defending him to Captain Rian Sherron and his crew or urging Varean to escape while he still can.

MY REVIEW:

๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

The AF Commando Varean Donnelly has been dragged aboard the space ship Imojenna after failing a test to prove he is human.  He didn't destruct like the shape shifting evil aliens do either.  So what is he?
Dr. Kira Sasaki doesn't like how the prisoner is being treated and does her best to ensure fair treatment.  He will not help himself by cooperating.  He is far too stubborn.
This is the third book in a series that must be read in order.  The stories each have a staring couple that need to solve their own problems within the main story.  Each member of the crew is special in their own way.  There is a lot of space adventure and danger with a little sex and a lot of self sacrifice.  This didn't end the way I thought it would.  It sets us up nicely for the next book in the series.
I have read all the books so far and they get better with each one.  I am totally addicted to the series.

Synopsis:
Captain Admiral Zander Graydon has seen a lot of action, but almost getting killed three times in one day is pushing it. Only the company of his new assistant, Lieutenant Marshal Mae Petros, makes things a little easier to swallow. Except the delectable Lieutenant Marshal Petros is hiding a number of secrets, and her presence might have something to do with the continued attempts on his life. It’s no accident Lieutenant Marshal Mae Petros finds herself in the firing line alongside the charming but very off-limits Captain Admiral Graydon. She’s taken the job as the admiral’s assistant to determine if a shape-shifting alien has killed the CO and assumed his form. Whether the admiral is human or not, Mae finds herself getting way too close to him as they run for their lives. Military to the core, Mae and Zander will have to overcome their suspicions of each other to work together, when they realize the fate of the entire universe is at stake.

MY REVIEW:

๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ๐ŸŒŸ

Captain Admiral Sander Graydon's day starts off really badly when someone tries to kill him while he is taking a piss.  It's not going to get any better.  The only highlight is his new assistant.
Lieutenant Marshal Mae  Petros has faked her orders to become the Captain Admiral's assistant . She has an ulterior motive for being there.
When the "accidents" become obviously something else neither of them know who to trust.
We get taken on a wild chase through space with enemies that can shape shift to look exactly like anyone else trying to take all the important places in society.  There are not many people that even know they exist.  How to stop them taking over the universe as our heroes know it will take more than just the two of them.
An exciting Sci-Fi romance that caught me one the first page.  Fast paced and all action, with great characters. It is the second in a series but you can read it on it´s own.
 I loved it.

Synopsis:
Twelve years on the prison planet Erebus makes a man long for death. The worst part for Tannin Everette is that he was framed for murder. He's innocent. When the ship Imojenna lands for emergency repairs, Tannin risks everything to escape...only to find himself face to face with the captain's undeniably gorgeous sister. Zahli Sherron isn't planning on turning Tannin in. In fact, she actually believes him. Sure, he's sexy as every kind of sin, but he's no criminal—so she hides him. But no one escapes from Erebus and lives to tell about it. With every day that passes, Zahli further risks the lives of the entire crew...even as she falls in love with a man she can never have for herself.

MY REVIEW:

Tannin Everett has been on the prison planet of Erebus for twelve years, since as a lad of fifteen he was sentenced to life for murder. He has worked his way up to trustee status and a job in the commander's office. When a space ship piloted by a famous war hero has to stop on Erebus for emergency repairs Tannin sees a chance to escape. He must stowaway.
Zahli is on the crew of her brother's ship. She is in charge of getting the supplies. Shopping on a prison planet is not her idea of fun, but they have been assured that the complex is for the officers, not the inmates.
Zahli's brother, Rian, has changed since the war. He is a Moody and dangerous man. He also has a mission to complete, and won't rest until it's done.
This book is an exciting Sci-fi adventure /romance. Our hero is an intelligent man with nothing to lose. Despite his  time on Erebus,  he is also a honourable man. Our heroine is used to dealing with her brother's black moods, and his obsession to wipe out the Reidars . I will let you read the book to find out who they are, and why.  I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
