Fault Lines. ( Adirondack Pack #2) by K.C.Stewart . Paranormal Romance . ONLY 99c My ARC Review.

Mira James is on a mission to smack her sister senseless. Recently, her life had come crashing down around her and she needed her sister. But contacting her was getting harder and harder to do. It hurt. Her best friend was barely in her life anymore and Mira was done with giving her space. All that was separating them now was a giant man with a smirking grin. The brute was going to get his ass handed to him if kept Mira from her sister.

Owen Purcell was the Adirondack Pack alpha and had just met his match. Sadie’s younger sister was a sassy little thing and he couldn't help but smile around the Rabbit. It may not be the wisest thing he’s ever done but there was chemistry between them that couldn't be ignored. Getting her on board may not be the hard part, but keeping her around would be.

Canidae has upped their antics and plan to hurt Owen where he feels it most. He’ll need to protect those in his pack and the little Rabbit that has found herself in the wolf’s den.

This is the second book in the series. You could read it as a stand alone, but is much better when read in order.
Mira has just split from her cheating partner, and she's missing her sister. When she turns up on her sister's doorstep she doesn't get the welcome she wanted. Hurt and lonely she stumbles into the arms of someone who could take over her life. That she is not going to allow.
Owen is the Alpha of the Adirondack pack, and he has had a very emotional year. Too much loss has left him vulnerable.  The feisty little human he calls rabbit, he has just caught could bring him some much needed happiness.
There is danger and jealousy playing it's part in the lives of the pack and the humans . Who is it really aimed at? The pack has to pull together to hunt down those who would do them harm. A very young hero comes to the fore to help with a rescue.
I loved every page. Mira is a strong, independent heroine. Owen has a lot on his plate as Alpha. Its a job that needs a steady family life.
I am waiting  impatiently for the next book.

Too Far Gone.( Adirondack Pack #1) by K.C. Stewart. My ARC Review.

It´s either the beginning or the end for Sadie James. she came to the small Adirondack town of Andora looking for a fresh start. One that didn´t include the pitying looks of strangers who saw her on the news. Only days into her new life and already she´s in trouble. That is , unless the wolf in front of her was salivating at the sight of some other woman in the vast forest around her.
After killing his sister , Tyson searched for oblivion the only way he knew how to. as a wolf he could run from the life he left behind and become the animal he always was. The time between lucidness grows longer each time he surfaces. One day he won´t be able to come back at all. It was the only thing he looked forward to until a lost woman fell at his feet.
Sadie is in danger and she is blind to it. Although , it was never proven , Tyson always believed Jack was behind his sister´s ultimate demise. Now Jack has his sights set on Sadie. Can he fight the pull of the wild or will he let her face the wolves alone?

Sadie has come to the small town of Andora to star a new life. She still suffers from PTSD after killing a man who was stalking her. This town will get her away from the pitying looks and her over protective mother.
Tyson has been living in his wolf form, and away from all contact with his pack since he had to kill his own sister.
Sadie's first venture into the woods surrounding her new home could not have been worse.  But she is tired of living in fear.
This is a marvellous story told in three parts. The first is Sadie's POV, the second and funniest is from Tyson/Fred's POV.  The final part is both of them.  The characters are all great fun. There is danger for Sadie and some serious soul searching from Tyson. No sex, but still a wonderful,  very different romance.  It is also the start of what I'm sure is going to be an addictive series.
