Charli Avers is a Veterinarian with a special gift.  That gift has landed her a job working with a team that will hopefully solve crimes that might involve shifters.  The public at large don't know they exist.  Her team includes two shifters a human boss and herself.  They can also call on a few local cops. 
When a bear disappears from her barn and a naked man with no memory is there instead, Charli knows there is a mystery to solve. 
This book is obviously the start of a series. Our protagonists might think the cases solved but us readers know better.  All the characters are a lot if fun,  with many more stories to tell.  It's a nice long book so it gives us time to really get into the characters and the story line.  It has everything you could want from your shifter romance,  danger,  mystery, sex and lots of giggles.  I loved it and can't wait for the next one.

Tristan Hawke the Earl of Adair has just got engaged but has left his betrothed in London because he needs to get his head straight.  Pushing on through a storm is not sensible.  When his carriage hits a woman in the rain he knows it's his fault. 
Our hero needs to marry quickly to save the house he loves,  but he is afraid his uncontrollable temper is not good for any woman. 
Our heroine  is scared and has no self confidence at all.  Her brother in law is trying to hurt her son, so all she can think to do is hide. 
This book is part of a series but easily read as a stand alone. 
There is as much an adventure as a romance because our protagonists have a huge learning curve to travel.  Self discovery and friendship are the keys to happiness.  The characters are braver than they know and little Matthew is adorable. 
A very enjoyable book,  with a story line that really keeps the pages turning . I will be reading the rest of the series.

This is a very Sexy historical romance.  It is the third in a series but easily read as a stand alone.  It does contain spoilers for the two previous books.  Our heroine has a very good reason for hiding who she is.  Our hero believes he can solve any problems with his sword.  A wonderful love story with lots of really interesting characters.  The characters we meet from the other books make them sound just as good.
