Chloe was viciously attacked on her way home from work. She insisted it was a wolf but the doctors and the police won't believe her. Gabe introduces himself as a PI investigating her attack. He seems to turn up everywhere she goes.
He is not the only one eager to find out the effect of the attack. Her life is about to be turned upside down and she will lose the only person she cares about.
Our heroine has a lot to learn about herself and the world she lives in.

The second book in the series, they must be read in order because it is a continuing story. Each part does have an ending.
