The beginning could be difficult reading for some. Irina has been abducted by a rogue werewolf. The abuse she sustained at his hands very nearly kills her.
Vlad and Zach are hunting the rogue wolf, because several humans have been attacked. Vlad is a vampire and head of security at Unity the supernatural council compound.
I really don't know how much more I can say without spoiling the book for you. I read book #1 before this so I knew the outcome. I would recommend you read them in order. This is an addictive series, so be prepared to buy all of them.

An action packed, fun filled start to a series that I know I will be addicted to. Many different types of supernatural are in this book. All are potential heroes. The town of Unity would be a fun place to live. There are some beautiful love scenes, ( nothing graphic ) and an awesome relationship between our main characters. I will be reading the next one very soon.

James is a vampire and a pilot who hides himself away because of his scars. When he takes Zach to an isolated cabin they have to pass through a wolf pack's land. The Alpha's daughter is there to guide them to the cabin.
Lisa is attracted to the vampire and barely notices his scars. But her father will never allow her to mate with anyone except a wolf.
There is a lot of emotional torment in this story, for many of the characters. The sex scenes are steamy, and there are some vicious fights.
It's a good job I already have the next book . I do not want to wait to read it.

The further I get into this series , the harder it is to put it down. The action just does not stop.
Alex and Zach are now running a sex crimes unit. Rescuing humans or supes that are being abused. Dmitri is finding it more and more difficult to stay away from Donna. Especially when she starts working in his office. The twins Lexi and Conall who were taken as babies three years ago, are returned. The difference in them is almost unbelievable.

Book 5: The Fallen
Synopsis:
Alex and Zach have their twins back – BUT – they are not the

I would normally knock a star off the rating when it is a short story. But as this is the last of a series that has earned 5 stars all the way through, I couldn't be mean.
Our team of supernatural peace keepers have a particularly nasty Necromancer and the creatures he has created to battle this time. But while they are involved, someone else is planning to claim one of the family for himself. Is there any way they can get her away from such a powerful being, in time.
This looks like the end of this series. ( because our author did not leave a teaser) but I am sure we will meet some of these characters again.
